Shipping Charge Responsibilities

In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Under no circumstance does Toddy Gear refund (or provide credit) for return shipping incurred by the customer. If a product is defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Toddy Gear customer care on how the return shipping charges should be handled prior to sending the product back to Toddy Gear.
