Return or Exchange
You can return or exchange almost everything within 30 days for a full refund. Just contact us via the contact form or call us at 312-416-5070 to start the return process. Original packaging, order number and a reason for the return/exchange are required to process any request.
Customized/Personalized Products Return Policy
Customized products are only eligible for exchanges due to a product defect. In cases of a product defect, a digital image of the defect along with a clear description of the problem must be sent to Toddy Gear contact form or phone 312-416-5070 to start the defect review process within 15 days of product receipt.
Customized/Personalized Shipping Charge Responsibilities
If the defect cannot be verified via email contact, the item may be required to return to Toddy Gear for inspection.Toddy Gear will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived and are confirmed defective.
Shipping Charge Responsibilities
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstance does Toddy Gear refund (or provide credit) for return shipping incurred by the customer. If a product is defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Toddy Gear customer care on how the return shipping charges should be handled prior sending the product back to Toddy Gear.
What does not qualify for a refund/exchange?

- Free or promotional items
- Original shipping charges
- Customized/Personalized products unless defective
